Good day, Bad news.

Well, if you've been a member on this site in the past, you probably noticed that we have had A LOT of down time and when we were up, the site wasn't that fast.

What happened was a bug in the software used here allowed someone to take over the backend of the site to use it for sending spam emails and links to other sites. :mad:

In order to completely remove this malicious code, I had to delete EVERYTHING. The database was backed up, but I've been unsuccesful in recovering it. So, that's the bad news. The good news is that we have no plans to shut down the site, and in fact, I've even had a few new ideas for it and will be implementing new features and what-not very soon.

Please, Post up what you're missing from the old site, what you want or don't want back, and any ideas you have for a new logo since we've LOST all of that information when we deleted the old files. :eek:

HAHA, ok, I'll be fixing a lot of stuff in the next few days. I need to add a few sections and fix a few permissions issues (like avatars). It's all time intensive stuff. The logo and colors will likely be put off until I've gotten enough time into the site itself.

HAHA, no, it gotz haxor0ed... or whatever. I kind of expected it to be honest. I was a little too open with the priveleges on here. I'm going to TRY and restore as much of the old look and feel - with updates - as possible. We're still debating what to do with the site overall, but I think there will be some VERY cool developments in the future. I have an idea with a new technology that was just showcased recently and I hope to integrate it into the site. We'll see!

Sorry everything is taking so long, my wife's sick, I have little free time and I've got about 5 or 6 other things going on at the same time at any given time.. ugh!!
