Dont post if your going to be a douchebag, this is for only those interested in the build and would like to comment and or get info.
Spent about 10 hours tuneing the car at BatlGrounds in Smyrna (ATL) GA, with great results.........................
First base run....... we set boost to 13 psi to check things out, and came out with a run for 370whp, lol, thats what I made on 21-22psi b4 my buildup!
Only took it to 24 psi on C16, netted us 480whp. After I track my pump tune, well take it up to 28-29 and see how that works out.:razz: Nicely over 500whp. This car is a FREAK, I have the highest pump whp on an AGP or equivelent 50 trim on the SRT-4! Not what we were going for, I was happy with 420 lol. This car picks up so quick its insane. And with the rev limiter upped to 7300rpms the top end is phenominal with the added room to breath. Dont have supporting video as we filled the memory up with dyno vids and pics, but I had an interesting race on the way home.
A GSXR1000 tried to play with me, tried lol. He squatted down and gunned it, I dropped into 4rth, realed him in and went screaming by. I proceaded to show him my ass twice more before I got bored with it lol. Man, that realy opened my eyes to what I have created here, and on pump gas with street tune!!!!!!!!!!!! Imagine with higher boost :cool:.

My good friend Earl "Rush" Rushin, E8 Army. Just moved to TX from SC for advanced Army leadership school or something. He has an HP66 turbo setup, with 1000cc injectors making over 530whp on pump gas, and close to 700whp on C16. Exhaust restrictions though limit him to this and not more. As soon as he gets a new manifold and fixes other restrictions hes shooting for 800whp.

Uhhhh, everything...... What else. You dont just slap on a turbo to a stock motor/head and expect 800 whp lol. The motors we have in our cars are the same build, and they are some of the strongest SRT-4 motors out here on the street with the heads flowing as well or better than any other top vendors on the market. Nothing was left untouched in our motors, period. We could take the rev limit to 8000 easy, but rush was scared to do this as of now lol.
Currently the record whp is Chris (4u2nv) with 780ish whp with a build comparable to ours. he made that from a GT37R custom setup from AMS, but im sure you know who this is.

Oh, and more specifically, what kind of internals? Rods, Pistons, lifters, springs, bolts, etc.. I'm interested! I always wanted to do the big HP thing, but I got sidelined by life. I've got two kids and a wife which are 3 times more expensive than any car addiction!

I am married, been so for 9 years come Oct 1st. We would have three 9 year olds right now had she not miscarried after 2 1/2 months. yes i said that right, 3! Thought she was carrying twins, but when she miscarried found out it was triplets.

Yes, were going to when we get to Italy this August actually. The first time it wasnt planned, kinda shook us up when the doctor told us to expect twins on the next go around, and prepare for the big 3 again. It runs n the familys and it looks like we hit the jackpot. Soooooo, we have been waiting till its the right time again. We didnt want kids when we didnt know what else we wanted first. Now that we are getting the rest under controll, we think its time. I know I had goals before I have kids, my wife as well, and when your hit with 2-3 at once, thats a damper on anything you thought you might be doing at that point lol. Now though, it will be nice to raise out kids in Europe, they will get an education most only dream of.

I agree with the European thing.. We were waiting on a possible job opportunity for me in Germany, but things fell through. My kids get a good multi-cultural experience since their nanny speaks Spanish to them almost exclusively during the day. Not because she doesn't know English, but because we want them to learn Spanish. The education systems in Europe are great, but the same can be had here if you live in the right area and send them to the right schools.

Shit.. when I had my SRT4 I didn't even THINK 'boost' when it raind, and that was only about 300-330whp.

i will have to admit it sux driving my car in the rain. i don't think about power i just think about getting to the destination safely. i drive slowly in the rain. i have a cai as well so i avoid all puddles if possible.
I never have mine out in the rain either. Hell, the conditions have to be just right for me to take it out of the drive. Makes me sad to see it sittin all the time.

My car is not a fair weather drive, its a daily driven car that takes me everywhere, anytime. I dint build this to only get the pleasure out of driving it 15% of the year. It gets used, every day, unless its REALY coming down and tree limbs are snapping and shit, then ill take the suv. No, I dont drive it in snow, all that salty road shit will ruin the car after a while, dont have to wory about that in the south though. Daily Driver, full weight, looking for 10s next time to the track.
