I've been a video gamer since about 1986ish when my dad got me a computer, I was playing DOS based games. Then we got an NES and we had dozens of titles, my friends and cousins had a game trade system going. And then I was stuck with that for YEARS, forced to play other people's SNES, Genesis, TurboGFX16, etc, until we got, what is still one of my favorite systems, the N64. We again had dozens of titles for that, and one of the world's best games was made for it: The Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of time. I would play the PS1 whenever I went to my buddy's place, but I was all about Zelda, Turok, Goldeneye, etc.. Then I got a Dreamcast, which was an AWESOME system, just too little too late. I got the PS2 when FFX came out for it and proceded to buy way too many games for that, and then I got an XBOX, and to this day, I still only have a handful of games for that (Fable, Halo, Halo 2, Forza, Project Gotham 2, and Tiger Woods). I'm looking frantically for the new Nintendo Wii system, and have been debating just getting an Xbox360 as well. As for the PS3, eh.. $600 is WAY too much for a gamesystem IMO. I'd put more into my PC

So anyway, here's a list of stuff I've had or have for video gaming: (will update whenever I remember / see something)

Yeah I have one and it's pretty neat. I really should use it to it's full compacity though. I've had almost every gaming system. I pretty much play SOCOM III and SOCOM CA religiously. And PC games, like quake 3 tourny. N64 has one of my favorite games of all time, Golden Eye! Best first person shooter ever. They need to remake it with better graphics and new boards and I bet it would sell like hot cakes.

I just got a thing for the DS that lets me use Mp3s and movies and what not.. and all I've used it for so far is playing downloaded games ;)

i dont know. i think the psp is really cool. but its expensive and if you have a laptop then it kind of doesnt make sense to have a psp. well in the sense that with a psp you have to re-buy all the movies you already have, and the games dont really look that great imo.

movies on UMD = stupid IMHO
Get a memory stick and it's OK, you can run a decent amount of video on that. THe games.. eh... I'm more into fun little quirky games when I'm out and about.. GRANTED, GT4 Mobile may be the driving force to my PSP Purchase :banghead:

For traveling, it's better then a lap top IMHO. The battery lasts much longer, and it's much much smaller so on a plane or something like that it's real easy to use and store in a backpack.

When a true ipod video comes out, that'll be a huge seller too.. I'm very interested in a true ipod video.

Yeah i'm pretty much done with Apple. I was very unhappy with there service when my IPOD nano just stopped working for no reason. And from what I read, it was from an update that they pushed out.
