Garage cutomizing photos

I built my house 5 yrs ago and the garage has been one of the last projects for me.

I got some new work benches, stools and paint for Christmas. It's still a work in progress but I put in the new benches, did some custom painting of the walls and built a handrail for the steps up into the house.

Now I just need to decide on a custom flooring (tiles, epoxy, etc) and some new overhead flourescent lights. What do you guys think so far??

i think after a nice floor job, that garage is going to be sick. only thing missing is a lift.

I'm envious.. my baby is sitting in an open carport where the neighbor's cats run laps on my hood every night.

yea, id turn it into a productive shop! 3 car garage? i love it. whenever i get around to buying a house, this is one of the most important things im looking at in a house.

I got a 2 car heated garage but not as nice as that....

next thing for my garage is going to be organizing it and painting the floor. We painted the walls and ceiling when we moved into the house (brand new house) and then we built a storage area right above the garage door. We have some kitchen cabinets in there too, as well as a freezer, work bench, storage shelves, etc...

"sigh" I used to have a 3 car BARN... more room than I knew what to do with .. parked my car on carpet everynight... now it sits outside on this shithole Ft Meade

A little update on my garage project. I am almost done with the floor.
I went with UCoatIt. I am puttin a black high gloss finish with a medium "dove" colored flake on it. All that's left is to clear coat it tonight. Here's a few pics of the progress.

I'm getting ready to put a cheap stereo reciever in mine so I can wire up my speakers. Other than that, I'll be cleaning up and painting it, once all that's done THEN I'll take a photo or two.

Here's tonights work. Clearcoat is on and it looks great. I have quite a bit of the clear left so I think I will throw a second coat on tomorrow just for grins. :D

Going to do the grey floor covering, nothing shiny like that! Will probably look into doing some custom electrical stuff too, need more outlets, want to put a roll up extension cord on the ceiling, and would like to run a compressed air hose to the ceiling too. I might hold that off until we move into our next house (#3 ... ugh)

I waited about 2 weeks before parking on it. I think it turned out pretty good. Now I just need to get my truck back and get it in there. Here's a few more pics.
